  International and Interstate Visitor Arrivals for 2008-2013

The number of international visitor arrivals of Non-FSM citizens was at 42,109 in 2013, an increase of 10.1% from 38,263 in previous year. Seamen & Crew contributed most to the number of arrivals (52.1%).  Tourism and Visitors (to friends and relatives) was the second main reason of foreign visitors' arrival into the FSM (32.6%). Most of the visitors into the FSM were citizens of the following countries or region: Other Asian countries (25%), USA (19%), Philippines (15%), Japan and China, each (11%) of total arrivals, respectively. The rest of (or 29%) was shared by other countries/region of citizenship.
